Terms of Service

Favorites is an entertainment product: a paper-money sports pick'em where you make Higher/Lower picks on player props using virtual credits. Favorites is not a sportsbook and does not offer real-money wagering, gambling, or any opportunity to win money or prizes.

All gameplay uses virtual credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred for money, and cannot be redeemed for prizes or anything of value. Credits are not property and do not create any balance owed to you. We may adjust, suspend or reset credit balances and reward features at any time, including to correct errors or abuse.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. You must provide a valid email address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to manipulate the credit economy, or interfere with other users.

Posted lines and multipliers reflect market information at a moment in time and may change until a pick is submitted. The line and multiplier locked on your entry at submission are final for that entry. Entries settle automatically from final verified statistics; where verification is required, entries may remain pending. Live scores and stats shown in the app may be delayed and are not an official scoring source.

• Don't attempt to exploit bugs, automation or multiple accounts for advantage.
• Don't interfere with the service or its data providers.
• Don't misuse reward features; server-side limits are enforced.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favorites is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Because gameplay involves only virtual credits with no cash value, no gameplay outcome creates any financial claim.
