Frequently asked questions

Everything about how Favorites works, what virtual credits are, and how picks, odds and rewards behave. For the full walkthrough, see How It Works.

What is Favorites?
Favorites is a paper-money sports pick'em. You make Higher/Lower picks on NFL and NBA player props using virtual credits, follow games live, and see your entries settle when final stats are in. It is an entertainment product — there is no real-money wagering of any kind.
Is Favorites free to play?
Yes. Every new account starts with 10,000 virtual credits, and you can earn more through the daily bonus, the rescue refill and rewarded ads when available. There is nothing to buy and nothing to deposit.
Does Favorites use real money?
No. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases and no prizes. The only currency in the app is virtual credits, which have no cash value.
What are virtual credits?
Credits are the gameplay unit inside Favorites. You stake them on entries and win more of them when your picks are right. They are a score, not a wallet: they cannot be withdrawn, transferred for money or redeemed for anything of value.
How do Higher/Lower picks work?
Every player prop has a posted stat line — for example, a rushing-yards line of 55.5. You pick Higher if you think the player finishes above that number, or Lower if you think they finish below it. That is the entire mechanic: one question, two answers.
What are Virtual Odds?
Around each posted line, Favorites may offer alternate lines — the same prop at different numbers. Harder selections carry larger virtual multipliers and easier ones carry smaller multipliers. These are gameplay multipliers for virtual credits, not sportsbook odds, and they never represent cash payouts.
How are multipliers calculated?
A multiplier reflects how difficult a selection is, and combining multiple picks into one entry multiplies the potential return. The exact multiplier and potential payout are always calculated and locked by the server at the moment you submit — the app only displays them.
What happens when a game goes live?
Live games show scores, clocks and your entries' progress toward their lines. Markets stay open while fresh prices are available; if a live price stops updating, the market shows "Price updating…" and cannot be selected until a fresh price arrives. Live information may update with a short delay.
How are picks settled?
After final stats are verified, each pick settles as a win, a loss, a push or a void. Wins pay stake × multiplier in virtual credits. Pushes and voids refund the stake. Settlement is automatic; where a stat needs manual verification, the entry stays pending rather than being guessed.
What is the daily bonus?
A +500 credit bonus you can claim once every rolling 24 hours from the Credits tab. Eligibility is decided by the server, and the app shows a countdown to your next bonus.
What is Watch & Earn?
When rewarded ads are available, you can watch a short ad to earn +250 credits, up to 5 times per day (resetting at midnight UTC). If no ad is available or you have hit the limit, the option pauses — nothing is lost.
What is the rescue refill?
If your balance falls below 1,000 credits, the rescue refill tops you back up to 10,000, once every 24 hours. It makes sure a cold streak never locks you out of playing.
Can I withdraw or redeem credits?
No. Credits cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred for money or redeemed for prizes or anything of value. They exist only for gameplay inside Favorites.
Which sports does Favorites cover?
Currently the NFL and the NBA, with live scores, player stats and player-prop markets for each.
Where does the game data come from?
Favorites uses licensed sports-data providers for schedules, scores, clocks, player statistics and market lines. Settled results always follow final verified statistics, never estimates.
