Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we store your email address, a display name, and authentication credentials (handled by our authentication provider; we never store your password in plain text).

Gameplay data. We store your virtual credit balance, your picks and entries, settlement results, reward claims and your credit transaction history. This data is required for the product to function.

Usage data. Like most web services, our infrastructure may record standard technical logs (such as request times, device and browser information, and approximate region derived from IP address) for security, debugging and performance purposes.

• To operate the game: balances, picks, settlement, rewards and history.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse of the credit economy.
• To diagnose errors and improve performance and reliability.
• To communicate essential account information (such as email confirmation).

We do not sell your personal information.

Favorites may display advertising, including rewarded ads that grant virtual credits when watched. Advertising partners (such as Google) may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to their own privacy policies. Rewarded ads are optional and are never required to play.

Account and gameplay data is kept while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data; gameplay records that have been de-identified or aggregated may be retained for product analytics.

Favorites is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
